The very popular Hôtel la Marmotte became one the resort’s first hotels in 1947 and has now belonged to the Mirigay family for 3 generations. The Hotel la Marmotte exudes the tranquil atmosphere of a traditional alpine chalet with its extensive use of wood throughout the public areas (entrance, reception, bar, lounges and restaurant), combining authentic Savoyard style with the very best of modern comforts and convenience.
You will find here all the ingredients for a highly enjoyable and relaxing stay: excellent cuisine, very comfortable guest rooms, unrivaled facilities, including a lounge and 2 bars, free WiFi, heated ski lockers, children service in winter and babysitting on request, luggage room, bike storage room, a quite remarkable 800m2 leisure area (the Séréni-cîmes Spa) with hammam, sauna, footbath, sensory shower experience (over 16’s only), swimming pool (17m x 7m) and hot tub (all included) and massages (10 cabins and beauty treatment (supplement, payable locally). They have been awarded the “Spas de France” label in recognition of the quality of their centre and our facilities, receiving the maximum “5 lotus” category.
Locally, the restaurants enjoy a well-deserved reputation for the high quality of its cuisine based on fresh ingredients. We therefore offer the Hôtel la Marmotte on a half board basis (in 3 restaurants from December, 21st to the end of March and in 1 restaurant at the end of the season), including a substantial buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner selected from the à la carte menu. There is a separate children’s sitting if required, supervised with games and activities during French school holidays. The children’s activity facilitator runs a series of fun, creative activities between 4pm and 10pm in school holidays throughout the winter. You can also find a 4th restaurant up on the slopes. La Païka, situated on the La Turche slopes in Les Gets, is an authentic restaurant drenched in sunlight, in peaceful surroundings with unspoiled views across the valley from the terrace. The restaurant’s specialties include red meat, poultry and fish grilled on the wood-fired barbecue, traditional dishes, specialty cheese dishes and a sumptuous buffet of home-made desserts.
All of the hotel’s 63 rooms reflect its traditional chalet ambiance. With wood décor, warm fabrics and luxuriant duvets, patchwork quilts and plump pillows, you’ll never want to leave! Free WiFi, telephone, flat-screen TV, slippers and bathrobes, mini-safe, hairdryer are available in the rooms. Children’s equipment is also available on request (cot, baby monitor, baby bath, high chair). Bath or shower room depending on room type.

Comfort suite sleeps up to 6 (65m2): balcony with village view. This suite boasts a pleasant lounge area with sofa and armchairs and a dining table. The bedroom, separated from the lounge area by a glass partition, boasts a super king-size bed (or twin single beds on request). There is also a alcove area, separate from the bedroom and lounge area, with two bunk beds. The suite boasts a bathroom and shower room with walk-in shower. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area that can accommodate two additional guests.
Exception suite sleeps up to 6 (85m2): balcony with village view. This suite boasts an attractive living area, consisting of a spacious lounge with sofa bed and armchairs, a dining table and a wood-fired stove, plus two double bedrooms each with a super king-size bed (or twin single beds on request). It has a shower room with walk-in shower and a bathroom. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area that can accommodate two additional guests.
La Marmotte suite sleeps up to 7 (130m2): This unique suite boasts an alpine chalet ambiance with exposed beams. It is situated on the top floor of the hotel and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It consists of a large lounge with sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a snooker table and a vast balcony.
It comes with two double bedrooms with super king-size bed (or twin single beds on request), an attic room with three single beds, a bathroom, a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

New Year’s Eve dinner supplement is included. For people who are in half board: 90€ per person for the restaurant La Piste Noire (special dinner, half bottle of Champagne, dancing party), 70€ for the restaurant La Biskatcha (special dinner).
Outside car park €10/day, covered garage €20/day. Payable public car park 50m away plus free car park available nearby. Tourist tax is 2.30€/pp over 12 years per night. Pets welcome €15/day (allowed in the restaurant).

Chalet Jon is a traditionally built, recently renovated, ideally located at the foot of the Melezes red and blue for December 2019, 100 metres from the Téléski du Château and Perrières express chair lift. Snow permitting, it is possible to ski back close to the chalet.
Nestled in a small community of luxury chalets, Chalet du Pontet is in a quiet location, about 5-10 minutes walk from both the resort centre and the Mont-Chery ski lift. It is possible to ski back to the rear of the chalet, snow and level depending.
On the Mont-Chery mountainside and overlooking the resort, Fleurs 2* residence in Les Gets offers pretty views towards the main piste area of Les Chavannes and La Turche.
