This newly built luxury residence for December 2025 is only a short walk from the centre of Les Gets and located next to the Annapurna residence.

The residence enjoys one of the best positions in Les Gets, just 150m from the Mont Chéry gondola and the village centre and 400m from the Chavannes lifts and ESF meeting point.

This small luxury residence comprises just 8 apartments and is next to Annapurna and close to Kinabalu. The Kangto shares the facilities of Annapurna:

On the ground floor of Annapurna, there is also a good value, high-quality restaurant, the Vina, offering an innovative menu, stylish décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant opens for dinner from 6.30pm (payable locally). A short walk away in residence Kinabalu, there is also La Bokka restaurant which is an elegant Italian trattoria created for all lovers of pasta, pizza and Italian gastronomy.

Each apartment has a lounge area with TV and sofa, a fully equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, kettle, oven, hob, toaster. Terrace or balcony (or both).

Refundable deposit €2000-€6000 depending on apartment size (credit card),

Pets are not generally accepted, however, you can waive this rule only for small, non-aggressive animals with up-to-date vaccination records for €140/week (within the limit of one animal per apartment).
