Built in 2014, the 11 apartments at Residence K2 provide a high standard of spacious, very comfortable accommodation.
Facilities at K2 include:

Priority reservations can be made at the excellent La Vina restaurant at the Annapurna residence, around 800m away (arrange and pay locally). You can also arrange and pay locally for the 'SPA Gemology' at the Annapurna residence for body and face treatments.
La Bokka Restaurant and Bar, at the Kinabalu residence is only for dinner, a purely Italian concept in the spirit of an elegant trattoria (arrange and pay locally).
All the spacious apartments at Residence K2 are fitted and furnished to the highest possible standard and are exquisitely designed. The interior décor is stylishly contemporary, with the use of quality materials throughout, including wood, slate and stone. Living room with sofa, television, telephone and balcony, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and washing machine). Television in the rooms with a double bed.
