The 11 apartments at Residence K2 provide a high standard of spacious, very comfortable accommodation.

Priority reservations can be made at the excellent La Vina restaurant at the Annapurna residence, around 800m away (arrange and pay locally). You can also arrange and pay locally for the 'SPA Gemology' at the Annapurna residence for body and face treatments.
La Bokka Restaurant and Bar, at the Kinabalu residence is only for dinner, a purely Italian concept in the spirit of an elegant trattoria (arrange and pay locally).
The nearby ski shop Annaski allows you to rent your skiing and snowboarding equipment directly from the residence. New for 25/26: Peak Retreats can pre-book this for you, for your convenience, instead of going to a ski shop in the village centre.

Prices include :

Cot and high chair can be hired.

Local tax approx. €2.30pp over 18 years/night,
Refundable deposit approx. €2000-€6000 depending on apartment size (credit card),
Additional parking space approx. €98/car/week,
Pets are not generally accepted, however, you can waive this rule only for small, non-aggressive animals with up-to-date vaccination records for approx. €140/week (within the limit of one animal per apartment).
