Accommodation in Tignes Le Lac includes self-catered apartments, boutique residences and high-quality hotels. Options such as Le Telemark, Le Taos, Village Montana and several hotels provide a wide choice of styles. This makes the resort suitable for couples, families and groups looking for flexibility, comfort and excellent ski access.
Many options offer ski-in/ski-out, doorstep skiing or near slopes access, including Village Montana, Hotel Le Levanna, Le Taos and Cap Neige. These allow you to step directly onto the slopes or be within a very short distance of lifts for maximum skiing convenience.
Luxury options include Hotel Voulez Vous and Le Taos. Some of the resort's newer additions, like the Yeti chalet apartments, also offer high-end interiors, spa facilities and excellent locations close to the slopes, providing a refined alpine experience.
Many properties feature spa facilities. Le Telemark, Le Taos, Cap Neige and several hotels offer indoor pools, saunas and wellness areas, allowing for relaxation after a day on the slopes.
Family-friendly options include Le Telemark and Village Montana, offering spacious layouts, easy slope access and facilities suited to families. The Hotel Voulez Vous also provides kids clubs during selected weeks.
Larger apartments at Cap Neige, Yeti and Le Telemark can accommodate up to 16 or more guests. These provide multiple bedrooms, spacious living areas and convenient access to skiing, making them ideal for group holidays.
Cap Neige and Le Taos are located within central areas close to shops, restaurants and lifts. These are ideal for guests wanting everything within walking distance, although nothing is really too far away from the centre, walking from the Telemark to the resort centre for dinner in the evening takes around 8 minutes.
Le Taos offers one of the most convenient setups with doorstep skiing and central location. Hotel Le Levanna also combine slope access with proximity to key resort facilities.
It offers a central location within the ski area, with convenient access to lifts, amenities and a good range of accommodation options, combining the liveliness of Val Claret with a slightly more relaxed atmosphere. The frozen lake close to the snowfront provides a focus for unique activities like ice-diving and ice-floating.
Lift passes give access to the full Tignes-Val d’Isère ski area. They can be pre-booked with us, and are generally sent to you before you travel, allowing you to avoid queues and start skiing immediately on arrival. This is especially valuable during peak weeks.
We recommend ESF Tignes, which offers lessons for all ages and abilities. Group lessons and private lessons can be arranged through us and we can help guide you to the best level for you. We strongly advise booking early, especially during busy periods.
Childcare options vary by property, with some hotels, like Voulez Vous, offering kids clubs at selected weeks. We can book ski lessons with the ESF from the age of 3, instructors make the lessons fun while providing structured learning. Lessons can be booked for mornings and/or afternoons at most dates.
It is important to book ski essentials early, including ski hire, lift passes and lessons. The resort’s popularity and central location mean availability can become limited during peak periods, so planning ahead ensures a smoother experience.
