Kinabalu is connected to the residence Annapurna. It is also close to the newly built Kangto.
The Kinabalu provides a high standard of spacious, luxurious accommodation and a wide range of facilities and services. It comprises 1 chalet of 4 floors with an elevator and 21 apartments.

La Bokka Restaurant and Bar at the Kinabalu residence is only for dinner, a purely Italian concept in the spirit of an elegant trattoria (arrange and pay locally).
The on-site ski shop Annaski allows you to rent your skiing and snowboarding equipment directly from the residence. New for 25/26: Peak Retreats can pre-book this for you, for your convenience, instead of going to a ski shop in the village centre.
Optional: Premium Pack (only available in Winter) with fresh flowers, daily cleaning, mid-week change of towels and bed linen (on request), breakfast delivered to the apartment. 30% discount on massages and treatments (before 3pm).

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (with beds made on arrival) towels, cleaning kit, welcome pack (coffee, tea, sponge, dishwasher tablet etc), WiFi and end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing up); underground parking, 1 space per apartment (must be pre-booked).
To pay locally :
Local tax approx. €2.30pp over 16 years/night,
Refundable deposit approx. €2000-€6000 (credit card),
Extra cleaning price depending on the size of the apartment
Additional parking space approx. €98/car/week,
Pets are not generally accepted, however, you can waive this rule only for small, non-aggressive animals with up-to-date vaccination records for approx. €140/week (within the limit of one animal per apartment).
