Several properties offer ski-in/ski-out access including Quartz, Le Jhana, Ynycio and Hotel Club Val Claret. These allow you to step straight onto the slopes, making them ideal for maximising ski time and convenience.

Most accommodation is within easy reach of lifts, but Ynycio offers direct access to the Grande Motte funicular and Bollin chairlift, while La Ferme du Val Claret sits close to lifts and ski school. This ensures quick and easy access to skiing each day.

Luxury options include Ynycio and Quartz, offering high-quality interiors, wellness areas and prime locations. These properties combine ski convenience with premium features such as spa facilities and stylish finishes. 

Many residences offer spa and wellness facilities. Le Nevada has an indoor pool and wellness area that really impressed our team on a recent visit, while Ynycio offers a pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub. Several other properties provide access to nearby spa facilities.

Family-friendly options include Le Nevada, La Ferme du Val Claret and Hotel Club Val Claret. These offer spacious apartments or family rooms, proximity to ski school and facilities such as pools or kids clubs. 

Large apartments at Quartz and Ynycio can accommodate up to 10–12 guests, making them ideal for groups. These provide multiple bedrooms, spacious living areas and easy access to the ski area. 

Quartz and Le Nevada are the most centrally located, placing you close to restaurants, shops and après-ski. These are ideal if you want everything within walking distance. However, Tignes Val Claret is very walkable and everything feels accessible.

Quartz offers excellent convenience with ski-in/ski-out access, central location and nearby amenities. Other residences such as Le Jhana and Ynycio also provide highly convenient access to lifts and village facilities.

Its combination of high altitude, glacier skiing and direct access to one of Europe’s premier ski areas makes it stand out. It also offers a lively, sport-focused atmosphere.

Yes, the resort is very snowboard-friendly with wide pistes, snowparks and excellent off-piste terrain. 

Lift passes cover the Tignes-Val d’Isère ski area with around 300km of pistes. They can be pre-booked, and hands-free lift pass cards are sent in advance so you can go straight onto the slopes without queueing. 

We recommend ESF Tignes, offering group lessons for children and adults as well as private lessons. All lessons can be pre-booked with us, and early booking is strongly advised, particularly during peak periods to secure preferred times.

All-inclusive option, Hotel Club Val Claret, offers kids' clubs from the age of 3 and entertainment for families. Whilst other properties don't offer kids' clubs, younger children from the age of 3 can join ESF ski kindergarten lessons, which can be pre-booked through us and provide a structured and supervised environment on the slopes. 

It is essential to book ski hire, lift passes and lessons early, especially during busy periods. Prices are fixed once booked, helping you manage your holiday budget and avoid last-minute availability issues.
