This season, we’re making it even easier to add a little something special to your trip. From snowshoe adventures to evening sledging sessions, our new range of pre-bookable activities means you can experience the mountains in new and exciting ways.

Montgenèvre
Snowshoeing

Après ski snowshoe walks with Wigwam fondue evening

Espace Game

Mountain Rescue escape game organised by the ESF with high-altitude themed clues. Learn about safety and rescue equipment to locate and rescue victims. Duration 1h30. 1-6 participants

Tignes le Lac
Evening in a yurt
From 5 years old: Mon-Fri from 18.45
Located on the Chaudannes plateau with stunning Alpine views from an authentic Mongolian yurt. After a walk or a snowshoe trek, you will be greeted with a comforting aperitif and traditional soup by the fireside. Then experience a Savoyard meal featuring local delicacies in the Mongolian yurt. The evening ends with a fast but fun sledge ride back to resort. Warm clothing is needed for the yurt and also gloves/hat/scarf for sledge ride.
Meeting point is at the bottom of the Almes ski lift in Tignes Le Lac.

Paragliding
From 4 years old: Mon-Fri from tbc
Take off from the top of the slopes and soar over the resort for breathtaking views with a fully qualified instructor for a smooth take-off and vertigo-free experience. You can capture the moment by requesting photos and videos of your flight on an SD card on-site. Paragliding equipment is provided but you need to bring your skis and boots plus warm clothing and gloves/hat/scarf.
Meeting point is at the bottom of the Tovières ski lift in Tignes Le Lac.

Details as per Tignes above. Max weight is 105kg. Minimum levels required for skiing - level 2 (blue slopes) and snowboarding - expert level. A Belleville/Ménuires or 3 Valleys ski pass is needed.

La Rosière
Snake Gliss
From 8 years old: available every day at 16.30
Snake gliss is a convoy of sledges linked together to form a snake-like train. The instructor, seated at the front, steers the convoy down the slopes. Warm clothes, gloves, helmet and snow boots are compulsory.

Yooner
From 10 years old: Tues-Sun at 16.30
Yooners are hybrid sledges, that are 20cm above the ground, which combine elements of sledging and skiing. Carve turn and race down the slopes seated with our instructors for an exhilarating new experience! Warm clothes, gloves, helmet and snow boots are compulsory.
Meeting point - La Rosiere Centre.

Les Menuires
Snowshoe walks
From 12 years old: available every day at 09.15-12.00 and 13.15-16.30
The instructors tailor the route and difficulty level based on participants’ abilities. Please bring warm clothing (e.g fleece layers) and sturdy hiking boots (no snowboard boots), a small bottle of water and a snack.

Biathlon intro and lessons
From 8 years old: every day at 14.15-16.15
Biathlon is a thrilling Olympic sport that combines Nordic skiing with laser rifle shooting. It requires both endurance for cross-country skiing and focus for precision shooting. Some basic skiing experience is recommended to get started.

Off-piste skiing
From 14 years old: 6 sessions Sunday to Friday 9.15-11.45 or 14.30-17.00/14.00-16.30 depending on period
You are a good skier and want to experience the freedom of untouched terrain and safely discover the hidden areas of the Belleville Valley. Step away from the groomed slopes and discover the thrill of skiing fresh powder in complete safety by joining a Level 4 group lesson. You will learn expert techniques to make the most of every descent, no matter the conditions.

Samoëns
Biathlon intro and lessons
From 10 years old: 13.00-15.00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (min 4 people, max 8 per
session). Available exclusively during Christmas/New Year and February school holidays.

From age 10+, only available outside school holiday periods, or on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.

Step away from the groomed slopes and discover the thrill of skiing fresh powder in complete safety by joining a Level 4 group lesson. You will learn expert techniques to make the most of every descent, no matter the conditions. A safety pack including a backpack, avalanche transceiver (DVA), shovel, and probe will be provided (subject to availability).
