The resort centre with all its shops and services is only 300m away. There is a restaurant with terrace on site. The refined décor throughout l’Oxalys ski residence is bright yet intimate, guaranteeing you a very comfortable and relaxed stay for families and friends alike. Built in traditional Savoyard style using light stone and dark wood, l’Oxalys has a total of just 36 self-catering ski apartments, sleeping 2-8 people.
These apartments have been fully renovated ready for the Winter 2024/25 season.

Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian ski resort, meaning you can drive through the resort and unload your luggage at your chosen apartment or hotel and then you must park your vehicle in the residence car park or one of the public car parks in the resort, you are not allowed to park in the street. l’Oxalys has underground parking (payable, limited spaces) or you can use one of the public outdoor or covered car parks (payable & pre-bookable).

The fully renovated high-standard apartments at L’Oxalys have a warm and welcoming feeling. They all have a living area, bathroom with bath or shower, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail, fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave/oven combination, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, a filter coffeemaker and toaster, flat-screen TV in the living area, safe, and a balcony.

Chalet Cocoon is a small, exclusive residence of just 10 self-catered apartments offering superb views and ski-in/ski-out convenience. Chalets Cocoon is ideally situated in the Balcons area of Val Thorens, just 300m from the centre of the resort.
4* Le Hameau du Kashmir is ideally located at the entrance of Val Thorens, just metres from the mid station ski lifts, offering you ski-in/ski-out possibilities (snow and level depending) onto the Plein Sud ski slope. The resort centre, shops and sports centre are only 5 minutes walk or a short shuttle-bus ride away.
Koh-i Nor in Val Thorens is an impressive modern 4* luxury ski residence, located on the Plein Sud ski slope offers doorstep skiing (snow and level depending) however please be aware that it is a blue slope out and back, so not ideal for beginners.
3* Les Balcons de Val Thorens in Val Thorens is located in the higher part of the resort in a tranquil setting. The residence is south facing, located directly on the slopes and is 500m from the resort centre.
4* Les Balcons de Val Thorens Platinium in Val Thorens is located in the higher part of the resort, in a tranquil and sunny setting. This prestigious residence is south-facing and located directly on the slopes offering ski-in/ski-out opportunities (snow and level depending) and is 500m from the Val Thorens resort centre.
Located in the quiet district of Les Balcons in the lively ski resort of Val Thorens, Chalet Altitude is just 150m from the ski slopes. It is possible to ski back to within this short distance of the residence for confident skiers (*), however, please be aware that this route is not really suitable for beginners, who can return to within 300m of the residence and then walk the remaining distance.
Located in the quiet Les Balcons area of the lively ski resort of Val Thorens, Chalet Val 2400 is just 150m from the ski slopes. It is possible to ski back to within this short distance of the residence for confident skiers (*), however, please aware that this route is not suitable for beginners, who can return to within 300m of the residence and then walk the remaining distance.
3* Village Montana is located in the quiet and sunny lower part of Val Thorens (Soleil Area), right by the ski slopes (snow and level depending). The residence is adjacent to the Ecole de Ski Francais (ESF) ski school and the snow kindergarten, and just 200m from the resort centre.
The Village Montana Plein Sud residence in Val Thorens is built in a 4* chalet style and is located at the bottom of the ski slopes, offering ski-in/ski-out (snow and level depending).
Hermine in Val Thorens is located only 200m from the slopes, offering doorstep skiing and the possibility to ski back to within 100m of the main entrance of the residence via the Retour/Plein Sud slope.
