Chalet Val 2400
The nearest ski lift is a mere 300m away from the residence. Access to the slopes from the residence is 300m (a 5-10 minute walk downhill), whilst the resort centre of Val Thorens itself and the Ecole de Ski Francais (ESF) ski school are a 15-20 minute walk downhill (allow a little longer to walk back!). There is a mini supermarket and restaurants just 20m away.
Chalet Val 2400 is a 4-star residence built in the traditional Savoyard style. There are 27 self-catering ski apartments in total, all offering outstanding views over the resort and ski slopes from their balconies.
Facilities at Chalet Val 2400 include:

Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian ski resort, meaning you can drive through the resort and unload your luggage at your chosen apartment or hotel and then you must park your vehicle in the residences car park or one of the public car parks in the resort, you are not allowed to park in the street. Chalet Val 2400 has private underground parking or you can use one of the public outdoor or covered car parks (payable & pre-bookable).
The loan of cots and highchairs (request at time of booking, cot mattress and linen not provided), baby bath, bottle warmer, raclette and fondue sets is also possible (all subject to availability).
All the spacious self-catering apartments at Chalet Val 2400 in Val Thorens are fitted and furnished to a very good standard of comfort and convenience. The interiors are very traditional, creating a cosy chalet atmosphere. They have a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee-maker, toaster and kettle. All apartments have a living area with a cosy Austrian wood-burner (1 bag of firewood provided), digital flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access and a balcony. Bath or shower room and wc.
