Les Marmottons is a luxury residence, which was brand new for the 2016-17 ski season. It's located in the Chavonnes part of La Rosière Centre (where there are a few shops, bars, restaurants and a mini-market), in the upper part of the resort. It's just 400m from the slopes, main chairlift and ESF meeting point and 300m from the centre of the resort. There are magnificent views from the south/south-west apartments.
Chalet Les Marmottons is a Peak Retreats Directors' Choice residence.
Les Marmottons is composed of two traditional style chalets incorporating 33 luxurious apartments combining traditional architecture from Savoy with high standard, modern facilities. Chalet Les Marmottons has a lounge area with open fireplace, selection of daily newspapers, Wi-Fi (free for first device), an underground garage (payable €60/week, max height 1.80m), laundry service (payable), ski lockers with heated boot rack and a luggage room. You will also enjoy a bread delivery service (payable).
By reserving a treatment (supplement payable) at the Ô des Cîmes Spa at the sister Lodge Hemera residence 450m away, guests may use the spa and leisure centre there. The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets is available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out sofa bed (making up double bed), a fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mixer, steamer and toaster; bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer and wc. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device, subsequent devices payable €30) and a balcony.
The majority of the apartments in Chalet Les Marmottons offer stunning south/south west facing views of Les Arcs on one side and the Tignes valley to the east. You will enjoy direct access to the fabulous Franco-Italian ski area, the Espace San Bernardo.

In a few words... the 4* luxury Le Hameau de Barthélémy only opened in February 2018, its position just 200m from the slopes and lifts, and its facilities, which include a spa and wellness centre, mean it is already attracting a lot of interest.
In a few words... the 4* ski in/ski out Les Balcons de la Rosiere residence is well-located in the Eucherts area. These apartments have excellent facilities; larger apartments boast wood burners and the largest chalet apartment can sleep up to 16, making them ideal for family groups.
