Les Grandes Alpes Residence is a 4* residence located a short walk down to the village centre and 400m from the ski lifts, slopes and ski school meeting point. As it overlooks the village, it benefits from breathtaking views of the village and mountains.
The residence, built for winter 2013/14, is composed of 3 interconnecting 5 storey chalets (with lift) comprising 44 apartments.
The residence has a reception lounge with fireplace, snooker room, laundry room (payable), free covered car park (for 1 car, extra car €50, max height 2.00m), ski lockers and a 200m2 spa area with indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Bread, pastries and newspapers delivery service is possible every morning on request at the reception (payable).

The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking), DVD player, board games, irons and ironing table, fondue and raclette sets is available from reception.
Les Grandes Alpes interiors are fitted and furnished to a high standard. They have a living/dining area with double divan bed, flat screen TV, wireless internet connection and telephone line. The fully equipped open plan kitchen area has a 4-ring ceramic hob, multi-function oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All the apartments have a bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail and separate wc (except studios 3-4 where wc may be in bathroom) and a south-facing balcony offering stunning views towards the village and mountains.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 37m2): bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 5-6 (c 52m2): bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (46m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single bed
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 70m2): bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (one bedroom may have bunks). Most with an extra shower room.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 8/10 (70m2):Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds (or double on request), 2 alcove with a set of bunk beds in each OR 1 alcove with 2 sets of bunk beds. May have extra bathroom and extra wc.
5 bedroom apartment sleeping 10-12 (c 94m2): 2 bedrooms with double bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Fireplace in living area (apartment under the eaves with an extra 35m2 with sloping roof).
Prices include (2017/18):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (with beds made on arrival except sofa bed in the lounge), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing-up), towels, cleaning kit, travel cot and high chair (state at time of booking).
To pay locally (2017/18):
Refundable deposit €200, local tourist tax €1.50/pers/day (+18yrs), cleaning of the kitchen area €30. Pets welcome €50/week each. Wellness kit (bathrobe, slippers, body lotion) €15 (to book in advance), Nespresso coffee machine can be hired at the reception 15€ (to book in advance - capsule sold at the reception 5€ for 10 capsules).
