This high quality, prestigious chalet (350m2) is housed in an old farmhouse in the heart of the La Clusaz resort. Ideally located at the foot of the ski slopes for ski-in/ski out access, right next to the ‘Bossonnet’ gondola and ‘Greneche chairlift’.

It is a few minute's walk from the shops at the top of the village. The chalet is across the road from Les Cimes apartments and very near to the Beauregard hotel.
Chalet Le Bossonnet includes 2 accommodations that can be combined into one. Côté Confins has a capacity of 13 persons and is 197m2 and Côté Village has capacity of 9 persons and is 144m2. The chalet is sold as a whole through Peak Retreats.
Facilities at Chalet Bossonnet include:
Sauna on ground floor (shared) and outdoor hot tubs,
Heated ski lockers,
Outdoor private parking + garage (pay locally),
Hotel services (depending on time of year).
Côté Confins (6 bedrooms, sleeps 13):
Level 0: garage, cosy ski room, sauna and shower
Level 1: 3 x double bedrooms with en-suite WC and en-suite shower/bathroom
Level 2: 2 x double bedrooms, 1 triple room with en-suite shower/bathroom and en-suite WC and outdoor hot tub
Level 3: kitchen and its terrace, dining room, lounge and balcony.
Côté Village (4 bedrooms, sleeps 9):
Level 0: as per above (shared facilities)
Level 1: 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite WC and en-suite shower/bathroom
Level 2: 1 x double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with en-suite shower/bathroom and en-suite WC and outdoor hot tub
Level 3: kitchen and its balcony, dining room, lounge and balcony.
Price includes (provisional):
Bed linen with beds made on arrival, towels, supply of wood for the open fire, end-of-stay cleaning, WiFi, daily delivery of bread and croissants.
To pay locally (provisional):
Tourist tax approx. €3/adult/day (over 18 years),
Pets approx. €70/animal/week,
Parking is approx. €105/day.
