In a few words... This south-facing complex of 34 luxury chalets/apartments is brand new for winter 2018-19 and in an excellent location, just 50m from the gondola and ski school meeting point, and 300m from the resort centre. These beautiful appointed spacious chalets and apartments all have either a wood burner or open fire and most have a private sauna.
Brand new for the winter 2018-19 ski season, this south-facing complex of 34 luxury chalets/apartments enjoys one of the very best and quietest locations in St Martin de Belleville, in the Grangeraies quarter, just 50m from the St Martin 1 gondola, giving easy access to the 3 Valleys area, and ski school meeting point; just 300m from the centre of the resort.
There is a reception and a ski hire shop and a meal delivery service is also available, provided by one of the resort’s most prestigious restaurants; babysitting service, beauty treatments and newspaper delivery can be arranged. A number of shops and a brasserie are planned.
All have a parking space for at least one car and a ski locker with boot dryers.
All the chalets and apartments are spacious, well designed, beautifully appointed and stylishly decorated in a happy amalgam of contemporary and traditional styles. Most offer superb mountain views.
In each there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; a living area with floor to ceiling windows leading to a terrace or balcony; satellite TV and either a wood burner or fireplace; free WiFi; utility room with washing/drying machine.
