Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, for winter holidays, all our prices include a return standard crossing with Eurotunnel LeShuttle from Folkestone to Calais. We give you a free upgrade to their premium FlexiPlus service at most dates but at peak dates supplements apply if you’d like to upgrade. For summer holidays, all our prices include a DFDS return crossing with a car and up to 4 passengers from Dover to Calais. Our prices also include all port taxes; accommodation; the specified board basis for hotels (breakfast, half-board, full-board, all-inclusive or room-only); electricity; heating; water; gas and VAT.

For our self-catering properties, as our prices are based on a 'per accommodation' basis, you won’t pay any more for having less people than your accommodation can accommodate, so you can enjoy the comfort of a larger property with no extra cost.

It is also acceptable for friends to come and stay with you provided the stated maximum number of occupants is not exceeded, as each apartment/chalet is furnished, equipped and insured for a stipulated number. If you know you are having friends to stay for part of your holiday let us know and we can add them to the booking.

ll our self-catering prices are for the accommodation plus, in winter, one standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing for a standard car and in summer, one DFDS Dover-Calais crossing for a standard car and up to 4 passengers. Provided you don't exceed the capacity of the apartment/chalet, the price for the accommodation will not increase if you have more people.

In summer, if you are travelling with more than 4 passengers in your vehicle, then you will need to pay a supplement for any additional passengers. If you need another car on the ferry or an additional Eurotunnel crossing, please contact our team for a quote.

For hotels, our prices are generally per room based on a set occupancy, so prices change depending on the number of people in the room. If the prices shown are per person, this will be specified.

Additional supplements may apply for ferries or Eurotunnel LeShuttle, for example, at peak times or if your car is larger than a standard vehicle (as defined by the transport provider) or if you have a roof box. If you wish to travel by train then we can give you an additional quote for this.

Some properties charge locally for facilities such as the use of the sauna; a small number of properties charge for hire of bed linen and towels and end of stay cleaning. Other additional costs could include for parking, wood for a log burner (although a small quantity is usually provided) and pets.

If you pre-book ski equipment hire, lift passes, ski school, activities and spa treatments through us, this will also be at an additional cost.

All self-catering properties will ask for a security deposit (in case of any breakages or other issues), this is refundable but collected on arrival. You will also be asked to pay the local tourist tax, which is collected by properties on site. This is charged per day and is payable by those aged 18 and over, it is usually comfortably under 4 euro per person per day.

Where additional charges apply, they will be specified on our website or you can check with our team. Any supplements or charges to pay locally will be quoted in Euros.

We accept most debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't accept American Express. You won't be charged to use any personal debit/credit cards when you book a holiday with us. Commercial card payments will incur a 2.05% charge in respect of all transactions.
