Is my money safe when booking with you?
Peak Retreats has been a member of ABTA since 2002 (our ABTA number is W5537) and offers total financial protection for clients booking holiday packages with us. Find out more on our Why buy ABTA page.
Is Peak Retreats ATOL protected?
No, because ATOL protection is only relevant for flight-based holiday packages. ATOL stands for Air Tour Organiser’s Licence. These are issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. The need for this licence only applies when tour operators are offering flight inclusive packages. As we don’t do this, then we cannot hold an ATOL licence. Instead, Peak Retreats protects clients’ money through our bond with ABTA.
