This recently-built high-quality 3* residence offers easy access to the skiing in Serre Chevalier, being just 500m from the Portillas cable car, and a quiet location in the pretty village of Villeneuve la Salle and 800m from the resort’s shops and restaurants in Pré Long.

To pay locally:

  • Refundable deposit €300,
  • Local tourist tax c.€1.87/day/pp,
  • Eco participation 'green' tax c.€0.20pp/day,
  • Hammam (€10/session, €45 for 5 sessions),
  • Underground car parking €45/week/car is subject to availability so request at time of booking,
  • Pets welcome €80/week each.

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates (see below). £25 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. If you don't want to book travel with us, deduct £430 to get the price for accommodation only.
