As you can imagine, we are receiving an extremely high number of calls at the moment and some of our team are working from home, as per UK Government guidelines. This brand new residence will offer luxurious apartments, combining traditional alpine architecture with high standard, modern facilities. There will be a reception area with an open fireplace. Also, an indoor heated pool (and separate children’s pool) as well as a hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness room are all planned.
Each apartment has its own individual ski locker with boot dryer plus a covered parking place.
Apartments here will range from 1-3 bedrooms, from 39-80m2.

This 4* residence is ideally located in the centre of Chinaillon village and close to the slopes. On the lowest level, you will find a good size mini-market and a few shops.
Perfectly located in the village of Chinaillon, Le Roc des Tours is just across the road from the Tourist Office, ski school and lift pass desks; you can access the slopes by walking and the Floria chairlift is between 50m and 100m away. There is also a ski school meeting point right next to the Floria chairlift.
Peacefully located above the road linking the village of Le Grand Bornand with le Chinaillon, the Chalet Julie enjoys a unique south facing position, offering superb views of the resort with the beautiful Aravis mountains as a memorable backdrop.
