This is a very good resort for beginners/intermediate skiers and families. It gets good snow and the pistes are relatively easy. We really enjoyed the snowshoe walking which was tough but exhilarating. Lucky that weather was so very good, and the snow so deep. All the people we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
A small friendly traditional French village. Recommended places to eat La Crep’rit and Le Derapage. Everyone without exception friendly, welcoming and most helpful. Our third time to this area.
Very nice accommodation with easy access to slopes. A couple of nice restaurants within easy reach.
We have been to Le Grand Bornand 3 times, we love it there, it has everything we require from a ski resort.
