I'm not exaggerating when I say that Peak Retreats has unfailingly been a delight to holiday with. The entire team has, over many ski trips (since 2009), always delivered efficient service, helpful communications and the ideal customer experience: a very special company.
The staff at Peak Retreats are the best. Everything happened as planned. Also, it is good to be able to call, and to speak to someone who knows what is happening. We also found that where they did not (rare) they found out and promptly called back to update us. I cannot praise the staff, the service, and general vibe enough.
An excellent company, they are so responsive and attentive to detail, and patient with their advice!
We were very impressed with the care and concern shown after a rock fall closed the road to the resort. Although this didn’t impact us that much we thought the level of customer service shown was outstanding. Thank you.
We had major problems reaching the resort because of rockfalls on the main road into the Alps. Peak Retreats were incredibly good at keeping in touch and advising us regarding what to do. They contacted us by both phone and email which was incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation. Once reaching La Rosiere we had a fantastic time.
We always ski holiday with Peak Retreats and have had no problems so will continue to do so. Can’t recommend them enough, great service always.

We arrived in resort having forgotten our carefully prepared ticket pack including ski lift passes. I called Peak Retreats who worked with the resort ski pass people and replacement passes were waiting for us on Sunday morning for us to start skiing - no hassle, no delay... really impressive and very appreciated. You are an amazing team.
