This new 4-star residence offers luxurious apartments, combining traditional architecture with modern facilities.
Facilities at Laska include:

- Free access to the 'wellness area' (1000m2) including indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, sensory shower, Nordic bath and a cardio and fitness room,
- Bar/lounge area,
- Ski lockers for each apartment with boot, helmet and glove dryers,

- Laundry room (pay locally),
- You can order pastries and bread from reception,
- Newspapers are also available from reception,
- Free regular shuttle service close to the residence to reach the ski slopes.
At reception you can loan crepe makers, raclette and fondue sets, DVD players and board games. For those with little ones, a baby kit is available to loan (subject to availability, request at time of booking), this consists of a cot, highchair, changing mat, pushchair, baby monitor and baby bath.
All apartments have a living area with sofa bed, TV with some international channels, a well-equipped kitchen area with induction hob, wine fridge, Nespresso® machine and electric coffee maker, safe, balcony, bath or shower room with hairdryer, and a separate WC. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parental bedroom usually has an additional TV.

To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable security deposit €500,
- Local tax c.€2.00/adult/day.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
