Travel to the French Alps by train via Paris
This February half term, take the Eurostar to Paris, then a high-speed French TGV from Paris to Bourg St Maurice, which allows you to easily access to our accommodation in La Rosière, Peisey-Vallandry and Tignes via a taxi transfer. Why travel to the French Alps by train?
If you're not driving, then travelling to the mountains via train makes for a great value (and greener) alternative to flying to your ski holiday destination. Train ticket prices can be cheaper than flying on peak dates such as school holidays, you can take plenty of luggage on board for free (so you don't have to pay extra for ski carriage) and it can even be faster to take the train depending on where you stay. You can also soak up the gorgeous French scenery from the train window! Make your journey part of your ski holiday.
