This new residence, opened for February 2023, is ski-in/ski-out on the blue Pravendue which joins directly to the fast cable car from the village to Le Fornelet taking 6 minutes. Shops, bars and restaurants are accessible on foot within 5 minutes.

The residence Snoroc is made up of 70 apartments in a warm and contemporary setting. Most of the apartments open onto terraces or balconies offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area and bunks) and towels (extra set approx. €8 pp), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing up), cleaning kit, 1 parking space per accommodation (extra spaces on request and subject to availability).

Refundable deposit approx. €300-800 depending on the size of the apartment,
Local tourist tax max approx. €3.27pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
Cleaning of kitchen area and washing up approx. €80,

Pets welcome approx. €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential. Pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and travel with their health record). An additional approx. €500/pet will be required upon arrival. This will be funded to you at the end of your stay, deducting any potential costs incurred by your animal.
