Les Terrasses de la Vanoise

Les Terrasses de la Vanoise residence, opening March 2022, enjoys a unique location facing the village and the majestic Dent du Villard, 500m from the shops, slopes and ski lifts.

Located in the hamlet of Villard Dessus, this brand new residence houses 41 apartments of a high standard. Combining wood and stone, the residence Les Terrasses de la Vanoise perpetuates the authentic spirit of the village. The apartments are spread over 3 traditional looking chalets.

Facilities at this luxury residence include:

  • Underground parking,
  • Electric charging stations,
  • Private ski room,
  • Bike room,
  • WiFi,
  • Catering service (extra charge, to be ordered before 7pm the day before),
  • Bakery service: delivery of bread and pastries every morning on order before 7pm the day before.

Rental of raclette, fondue and pierrade machines on request.

The modern apartments at Les Terrasses de la Vanoise are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. The kitchen, which opens up to the living room, is fully equipped with hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, filter coffee maker (Nespresso coffee machine in some in addition), toaster, kettle. Living area with seating and TV. Bath or shower rooms have a heated towel rail. Some have a washing machine and dryer. Terrace or balcony with exceptional views of the surrounding mountains.

Les Terrasses de la Vanoise Prices

Apartment Prices 21/22 (Self Catering)

Prices include:

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels left in the apartment (2 towels per person per week), 2 kitchen towels, 1 maintenance kit (sponge, liquid dish, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, dishcloth), welcome products, cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchenette and dishes) and 1 garage space. Satellite television. WiFi.

To pay locally:

  • Deposit €1000 by credit card, local tourist tax (tbc),
  • Baby equipment rental: baby cot for children under 3 years old (mattress and sheets not provided) 35€/week, high chair 35€/week, "all terrain" stroller 45€/week (Full package (baby bed + high chair + stroller) 100€/week),
  • Cleaning kit 8€,
  • Hair dryer rental 10€/week,
  • Rental of ironing board and iron 30€/week.

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £250.
