Le Napoleon
Le Napoléon is a recently built 4* residence, perfectly placed for easy access to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Montgenevre. It is ideally located opposite the ski slopes and the huge "front de neige" and 100m from the ESF ski school. A Spar shop is located at the foot of the residence.
Recently built for winter 14/15 by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM, the brand new Le Napoleon residence offers 53 luxurious apartments combining traditional alpine architecture with high standard and modern facilities. Relax in the free private indoor heated swimming pool; the over 16’s may use the hot tub, saunas, steam room and fitness room. You may also find time to be pampered in the superb O des Cîmes Spa Centre where we can arrange for you a selection of fabulous massages and beauty treatments in advance (payable).
Le Napoleon has a lounge area with open fireplace and Wi-Fi (free for first device), its own underground garage (payable €65/week, max height 2.05m), laundry room (payable), ski lockers with heated boot rack and a luggage room. March 2018Our apartment was so convenient & well designed... The ski boot rooms were brilliant.
The loan of cots (cot linen not provided), high chairs, changing mats, socket guards and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets are available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments at Le Napoleon are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mixer, steam cooker, toaster, bathroom with hairdryer and WC (sometimes separate). All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first PC/handset) and a balcony.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (35/40m2): bedroom with 2 single beds. Maybe duplex
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (50/60m2): bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (70/75m2): bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, extra shower room, extra WC. Maybe duplex.

Prices include
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up). Free access to pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness room. Complimentary apartment WiFi for one device. For shorter stays of less than 7 nights, use our accommodation only calculation then divide the 7 night price by 5 and then multiply by the selected number of nights (min 3 nights).
To pay locally:
- Refundable deposit €400, local tourist tax c €1.50/pers/day (+13yrs)
- To hire: extra towel set €10, bathrobe €9, extra cleaning kit €8
- Pool kit including 1 pool towel and disposable flip-flops €7
- End of stay cleaning including kitchen & washing-up: price to be requested at reception
- Pets welcome € 65/stay (max 1/apt), and on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate.
- Bread delivery service available to order by 6pm the day before with delivery at reception the following day from 8am.

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £250.
