With just 19 apartments, the residence is relatively small, although it offers a reception (from where loan of highchairs, cots and raclette sets may be arranged, subject to availability), ski lockers plus free WiFi in reception. Public car parking 50m from the residence (pay locally).

The apartments are well-appointed and simply furnished in a contemporary style. They all have a fully equipped kitchen with cooker with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle; spacious living area with sofa or sofa bed depending on apartment, TV and mini HiFi; bathroom with shower and wc; balcony. Some have an extra bath or shower room.
