Prices include :
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area and bunks) and towels, end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing up), cleaning kit, 1 parking space per accommodation (extra spaces on request and subject to availability).
Cots and highchairs are available on request, subject to availability.
To pay locally :
Refundable deposit approx. €300-€2000 depending on the size of the apartment,
Local tourist tax approx. €1.90 (+18yrs, for guidance only),
Early check in (apartment available from 14.00) approx. €89/apartment,
Late check out (leave apartment by 12.00 midday) approx. €89/apartment,
Extra bed linen approx. €10/single bed, approx. €29/double bed. Bathroom towels approx. €8/pp,
Kitchen area cleaning if not left in perfect order approx. €80,
Laundry room,
Pets welcome approx. €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential. Pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and travel with their health record). An additional deposit of approx. €500 will be requested on arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of any costs incurred by your pet.
