The apartments at the Les Chalets de Laÿssia, which we rate as 4* superior, enjoy an unrivalled village centre location in the heart of the very attractive resort of Samoens, just 50m from the free shuttle bus to the Grand Massif gondola. The official star rating is 5 Star.
Les Chalets de LaÓ±ssia comprises 55 apartments across three chalets combining traditional local Savoyard architecture with high standards of accommodation and contemporary facilities.
New services included in this property for 2025/26 - Les Chalets de Laÿsia now offers additional services that will enhance your stay including bathrobes and slippers for all adult guests, a welcome essentials pack with coffee pods for your Nespresso coffee machine, tea sachets and condiments, body and hair products, tissues and a sweet treat. All apartments also have a safe. You’ll also benefit from a mid-stay towel change, if required.

Prices include :
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel), tea towel, end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up), cleaning kit, ski locker with boot dryer.
The loan of travel cots (linen not provided), high chairs, changing mats, socket guards and bottle warmers (all subject to availability, max 1 each per apartment – please request at time of booking), board games, fondue, pierrade and raclette sets is available from reception.

Enjoyed Samoëns and Les Chalets de Layssia. Town absolutely beautiful and shops excellent.
Enjoyed Samoëns and Les Chalets de Layssia. Very modern, lots of space and great views. Enjoyed the swimming pool etc... we used pool etc. every evening and thought water temperature was fine and pool area very modern and excellent. Town absolutely beautiful and shops excellent. Enjoyed 10 minute walk to the gondola every day.
I've been to the Samoëns resort at least five times previously and always look forward to going back. You can easily ski to four other resorts including Morillon, Sixt-Fer-à -Cheval, Les Carroz and Flaine so every day is different. Samoëns is a lovely mountain village with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants so there is enough to keep non-skiers entertained.
I've been to the Samoëns resort at least five times previously and always look forward to going back...
