The nearby resort centre has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, plus a unique atmosphere with several large sculptures inspired by artists such as Picasso.
Flaine is well suited to families offering a large nursery slope area perfect for children or beginners. Arriving at Le Centaure, one of our boutique Directors' Choice properties, which we rate as 4* superior, a large internal staircase leads you to the open-air roof terrace from which you can ski-in/ski-out and enjoy spectacular views over the ski area and the surrounding mountains. The official star rating is 5-star.
New services included in this property for 2025/26 - Le Centaure now offers additional services that will enhance your stay. You'll enjoy bathrobes, slippers for all adult guests, a welcome essentials pack with coffee pods for your coffee machine, tea sachets and condiments, body and hair products and a sweet treat. All apartments also have a safe. You'll also benefit from a mid-stay towel change.

Le Centaure was exactly what we were looking for with a huge warm swimming pool and lovely spa, comfortable and modern apartments and very friendly reception staff. A supermarket, restaurants and shops were all just a minute walk away.
