The Semnoz (www.semnoz.fr) small family ski resort (18 slopes of downhill and 50km of cross-country marked tracks) is only 20 mins drive away. The larger resorts of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz also make perfect day skiing outings within 45minutes drive.
The newly-built residence is adjacent to the Chataigniers Hotel Club and boasts an indoor heated swimming-pool (10mx8mx1.40m), a children’s play area, and a secured underground car park (1 car space per apartment). Clients can enjoy free access to the following onsite facilities: leisure area with sauna and steam room, fitness room, table tennis…Continental breakfast service delivered to the apartment €8/pers. Bread delivery service (to order the day before). Free wireless Internet connection at Reception, secure bike/ski storage.
The 32 newly built (2008) comfortable air-conditioned apartments have a living area with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, telephone (call charges payable locally) a fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher (only for 3 and 4 bedroom apartments) and fridge, a bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, separate wc and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the mountain. 1 underground parking, 2 underground parking spaces for (6/8 and 8/10).
Please note that all single beds can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (as beds are made on arrival, please advise at time of booking).

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £240.
