Your Travel Options to the French Alps
Why fly when you can drive?
2017 research by ABTA has shown that those travelling from major UK airports may have to walk over 1km to get to their departure gate! Choosing to drive takes you door to door, you have the flexibility to set your own timetable, stop when you're hungry, stock up on essentials in the larger supermarkets before you get to resort, take as much luggage as you need (bring your skis, boots, snowboards, sledges...). You could even fit in a cheeky trip to a vineyard on the way home. Driving also allows you to explore the local area, and visit other resorts nearby, ensuring you make the most of your holiday.
