Arriving in Nice it’s hard to imagine that a resort with such good snow is close to the sunny riviera but the conditions really are consistently good. We liked having a day in Nice and Monaco at the end of stay before heading home.
Le Napoleon was really convenient for the shop, ski hire shop, ski schools and lifts. Pool and spa facilities really good and clean.
Accommodation was amazing, beautiful, large, clean apartments with great views. Swimming pool and spa area fantastic!! Skiing area was huge and wonderful for all. Loved this holiday.
Thank you, we had a brilliant week and really liked Val Claret and Le Jhana. Really lovely, small resort which catered perfectly for families.
The staff at Peak Retreats are the best. Everything happened as planned. Also, it is good to be able to call, and to speak to someone who knows what is happening. We also found that where they did not (rare) they found out and promptly called back to update us. I cannot praise the staff, the service, and general vibe enough.
An excellent company, they are so responsive and attentive to detail, and patient with their advice!
Ski in/out from the Amaya residence is excellent, and ski lockers best ever! Underground parking spacious ( VW Tiguan, no problem ). Free bus to the resort centre works very well. Resort is still predominately French, family orientated, laid back, friendly.
We were very impressed with the care and concern shown after a rock fall closed the road to the resort. Although this didn’t impact us that much we thought the level of customer service shown was outstanding. Thank you.
