Owners Françoise & Olivier Deffaugt take pride in welcoming guests to their charming family-run complex. The hotel of 30 bedrooms and the small residence of 18 self-catering studio apartments are beautifully arranged over two chalets, situated on the edge of the village.
Facilities include a leisure area with indoor and outdoor swimming-pools, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, fitness room, massage treatments, games room (table football, table tennis and pinball), billiard room, a cosy bar and a large landscaped garden with heated swimming pool (open 8/6-14/9), tennis courts, petanque area, children’s play area, free parking and a garage (€15/night/car, limited spaces).
Breakfast and evening meals can also be taken at the hotel for a supplement (payable locally). The restaurant serves a refined traditional Savoyard cuisine with a daily-changing menu and a copious buffet breakfast.

One evening a week, there is a raclette or fondue evening. In the summer they host a weekly barbecue in an alpine chalet. They also propose vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals (gluten-free breads are available for breakfast and dinner).
For guests staying in the apartments, breakfast and evening meals can also be taken at the hotel for a supplement.
The 30 prettily decorated and well-appointed hotel bedrooms are spread over three floors, each with a balcony offering views of the valley and mountains, and have a fridge, safe, hairdryer, satellite TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels, bathrobes and slippers for adults, towels for the swimming pool and a kettle.
The 18 self-contained apartments offer a fully equipped kitchenette (electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric hotplate, crockery, bed linen provided, bathrobes and slippers for adults, towels for the pools available at the reception, daily cleaning, free WiFi. Option of dining at the Neige et Roc hotel restaurant. Half board studio accommodation available (for week-long stays).
