Les Marmottons is a luxury residence, located in the Chavonnes part of La Rosière Centre (where there are a few shops, bars, restaurants and a mini-market), in the upper part of the resort. There are magnificent views from the south/south-west apartments.
Les Marmottons is composed of two traditional-style chalets incorporating 33 luxurious apartments combining traditional Savoyard architecture with high-standard, modern facilities.
Facilities at Chalet Les Marmottons include:
- Reception and lounge area with open fireplace,
- Underground parking (pay locally, subject to availability so request at time of booking, max height 1.80m),
- Wi-Fi (free for first device),
- Laundry room (pay locally),

- By reserving a treatment (payable) at the 'Ô des Cîmes Spa' at the sister Lodge Hemera residence 450m away, guests may use the spa and leisure facilities there. The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats, socket guards and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets are available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out sofa bed (making up double bed), a fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mixer, steamer and toaster; bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer and WC. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device) and a balcony.
The majority of the apartments in Chalet Les Marmottons offer stunning south/southwest-facing views of Les Arcs on one side and the Tignes valley to the east.
