All of the 90 apartments have a balcony or terrace, some with a view of the majestic Mont Blanc (premium apartments). The apartments are spacious, comfortable and have a refined decoration while keeping a warm spirit. The kitchenette area features an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Bath or shower room plus wc with welcome products, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Living room with convertible sofa bed and TV.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area and bunks) and towels (extra set €8 pp), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing up), cleaning kit, 1 parking space per accommodation (extra spaces on request and subject to availability).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €600-1000 depending on the size of the apartment,
- Local tourist tax max €4.40pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
- Cleaning of kitchen area and washing up €80,
- To hire: extra set of bed linen €10/bed, extra towels €8pp,
- Laundry room,
- Breakfast on request (€15/pers/day),
- Pets welcome €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential. Pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and travel with their health record).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
