Built for winter 23/24 by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM, this residence offers 48 luxurious apartments combining traditional alpine architecture with high-standard and modern facilities that have a breathtaking view of the Aravis Massif or the ski slopes.
Facilities at Hameau de l’Ours include:
- 24/7 reception and lounge area with open fireplace,
- Free access to the 800m2 'wellness area' including private indoor heated pool (plus separate children’s pool) as well as a hot tub, sauna, steam room, sensory shower and Nordic bath (towels included),
- Technogym®-equipped fitness room,
- Treatment rooms for massages etc, relaxation room, Himalayan salt wall (arrange and pay locally),
- A bar-lounge area offering free Wi-Fi,

The loan of a cot, highchair, pram, changing mat, bath and baby monitor (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, DVD player, iron/ironing board, pancake, fondue, pierrade and raclette sets and newspapers is available from reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double sofa bed sleeping 2, a fully equipped kitchen area with a multi-function oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, wine store, electric coffee maker, toaster and kettle, bath or shower room with hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers also provided, separate wc. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, safe and a balcony or terrace.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, 2 tea towels, cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally (provisional):

- Local tourist tax c.€2.50/pp/day (+18yrs),

- Pets welcome €100/week/pet (max 1 pet/apartment).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
