This makes Oz en Oisans the ideal resort for a hassle-free family holiday.

Jardin des Neiges – available for children 4-6 years old. Can be booked for half a day either for one session or 6 consecutive half days. By Road: Distance from Calais to Oz en Oisans 566 miles (8hrs) A26 Reims, Dijon then A6 Maçon, Lyon then A432/A48 Grenoble, then take the D5/N91 in the direction of Les Deux Alpes then turn onto the D44 following signs for Oz.

By Rail: Nearest station Grenoble (55k) +33 892 35 35 39. Direct link from Grenoble bus station to resort Saturdays only. Daily coach service from Grenoble bus station to Rochetaillée, then free shuttle bus to resort.

Airports: Grenoble Saint-Georis is 95km from Oz en Oisans +33 476 65 48 48. Regular bus service from Grenoble Saint-Georgis and Grenoble bus station – Autocaars Monnet +33 476 93 40 00.

The Grandes Rousses has many-sided slopes facing in all directions, so skiers can always find the best snow and conditions by simply following the sun and, with 300 days of sunshine a year, this should be easy! The skiing is spectacular with fantastic views all round from glaciers and forests to villages nestling in the valleys below. You can ski back home on a choice of gentle blue or red slopes.

Pre-book your 6 day Grandes Rousses lift-pass with Peak Retreats

*Proof of age will be required for reduced price passes.

Special family reduction:  Pre-book 3 passes then receive a 50% discount in the resort on the 4th and 5th pass.  The offer applies to a minimum of 4 people when family proof can be provided.

The Grandes Rousses lift pass will also allow you to ski on the other Grande Galaxie domains (Les 2 Alpes, Serre Chevalier, Puy Saint Vincent, Italian Milky Way)

**With the 6 day lift pass we can include the VISALP option (£8-12 extra) which gives you entry to the swimming pool and sport centre in Vaujany and swimming pool (use of sauna and steam room before 4pm), ice rink, night skiing, concerts, golf practice and much more… in Alpe d’Huez.

Please note that there is also a cheaper lift pass covering Vaujany ski area only although we cannot pre-book this. Beginners are advised to buy this pass in resort
