The accommodation we ended up with was perfect for what we needed (and quite possibly in some ways more suitable than what I first requested). It was pretty clear to me (since I'd been to Samoens before) that Julia knew exactly what she was talking about, as did her other colleagues I dealt with. This gives you great confidence when making a booking - you can always get a clear answer and fast, accurate information.Mr B ( 02 Mar 13 )
