Historical snow in Val Cenis

Val Cenis Snow Report – 2013-2018 (5 season average)

Skiing in Val Cenis: A fleet of comfortable lifts, trails groomed every night, snow culture that guarantees good snow ... and ultimately, a resort of high quality – is ideal for all types of skiers.

Snow record data for Val Cenis: The first row shows the week for which the measurement applies eg. Nov 4 is the 4th week in November. The Upper Slopes row shows the average snow cover in cm at the top of the ski area. The Lower Slopes row shows the average snow cover in cm at the bottom of the ski area (this is usually where the nursery pistes are located). About 10 cm is generally enough to ski but it very much depends on what’s below ie. grass or more rocky surface.
