Peak Retreats has once again been named Best Ski Operator at the Telegraph Travel Awards.
This is the third consecutive time that we have scooped this award, having received the honour the last two times the awards were run in 2023 and 2019.
20,000 Telegraph readers voiced their opinions, with the winners in each category receiving the highest average rating.
The award is testament to the dedication, care and expertise of our brilliant team as well as an authentic love for the French Alps, which shapes every holiday we create.
The awards ceremony took place on 11th July 2025 at the Hotel Café Royal in London and celebrated excellence in 20 categories across the travel industry including favourite destinations and standout companies who are delivering the very best experiences for their customers.
The event was introduced by Joe Doherty, Director of Client Sales and Development at Telegraph Media Group, and hosted by Ben Ross, Head of Travel at The Telegraph. Among a stellar line-up of winners, Peak Retreats was once again named Best Ski Operator, ahead of Club Med and Neilson in second and third place respectively.
Alison Willis, General Manager at Peak Retreats was there in person to collect the award. With temperatures peaking at 31 degrees in London, attendees were treated to chilled Champagne and icy mocktails.
A live band playing personalised walk on music for each winner as they took to the stage to receive their award was a lovely touch.
