Relaxing experiences in the French Alps
If you're looking for a relaxing holiday where you can focus on your wellbeing, the French Alps are ideal. Fresh mountain air, sunshine and vast awe-inspiring vistas, and being surrounded by nature, are all a balm to busy minds.
Wellbeing and spas
With indoor heated pools, saunas, salt caves, steam rooms and fitness facilities, our properties with wellbeing areas and spas are an ideal choice if you are looking for a relaxing break or a place to unwind after an active day in the mountains.
You'll find superb facilities in lots of our self-catered properties, including Le Cristal de Jade in Chamonix, Les Chalets de Joy in Le Grand Bornand, Annapurna and Kinabalu in Les Gets, Elena and Le Hameau de Pierre Blanche in Les Houches, Alexane, Les Chalets de Layssia and La Reine des Prés in Samoëns, Kalinda in Tignes 1800 and Le Nevada in Tignes Val Claret.
Your own private hot tub
What more luxurious way to relax than in your own hot tub on the terrace of your chalet or apartment.
If this sounds like you, explore Chalet Arnica in Samoëns, which has a hot tub on the terrace, or look at Kinabalu in Les Gets (pictured), where a small number of very special apartments have outdoor hot tubs.
If you like the sound of relaxing by an outdoor pool, also look at the Rose apartments in Samoëns. There are only four apartments here and they share a lovely pool and are close to the heart of the village.
Outdoor yoga
These resorts offer outdoor yoga sessions in stunning mountain settings - think forested glades or surrounded by mountain peaks, stimulating the senses and allowing you to connect with nature.
In Le Grand Bornand, Masala Yoga offers classes outdoors. Our Villa Caroline property in Duingt on the shores of Lake Annecy has its own yoga studio and a beautiful garden right on the lake. In Les Gets, Mountain Expl'Aura offers excursions combining walking and yoga, including sunset hikes.
Enjoy a Serenité stay in Samoëns
Stay at the Alexane apartments or Suites d'Alexane hotel and you can benefit from their serenité stay activities; from organised trail runs with Tim, their Head of Sport and Wellbeing to yoga and pilates sessions, plus access to their state of the art wellness centre. The ultimate destination for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
