We arrived in resort having forgotten our carefully prepared ticket pack including ski lift passes. I called Peak Retreats who worked with the resort ski pass people and replacement passes were waiting for us on Sunday morning for us to start skiing - no hassle, no delay... really impressive and very appreciated. You are an amazing team.
Eurotunnel lounge was awesome and so easy.
