The chalet is located in Doussard, which is one of the many beautiful lakeside villages that are dotted around Lake Annecy. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants and the main town of Annecy is a 30 mins drive (or a slightly shorter cycle ride). You can also take a boat ride to Annecy town.
There is no direct access to the lake - a short but steep path takes you on to the road, and it's a short walk from there to the banks of the lake.
Relax in the hot tub on the terrace surrounded by the spacious 7000m2 garden with playhouse, swings and a pétanque area. There is also a gas BBQ and rotisserie for outdoor cooking. There is space to park 5 cars at the chalet and there is a charging plug for electric cars.
This luxury property of 160m2 sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms and is set over 3 floors, all floors having incredible views.
On the ground floor, you will find the large open-plan living area with TV, library and piano for your entertainment. The dining area has double doors which open on to the patio and the pergola with dining table, so that you can choose whether you wany to eat inside or out. The well-equipped modern kitchen has a handy central island and breakfast bar and you will also find a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen comprises a home-from home experience with electric oven, gas hob, blender, microwave, fridge/freezer Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets, kettle and toaster. There is also a WC on this floor.
For your comfort, the chalet is air-conditioned and has full underfloor heating. There is also free WiFi throughout the chalet.
There is also a baby high chair and booster seat for use at dining table plus baby bath, baby cot and linen.
