Santa Terra comprises 32 luxury apartments that offer a happy combination of traditional Savoyard architecture with extensive use of stone and old wood, contemporary design and hi-specification facilities.
Facilities at Santa Terra include:

The loan of board games, raclette and fondue kit, DVDs and DVD players, iron and ironing board is available.
There is the opportunity to have an evening dinner formula (brought to your apartment) in conjunction with a highly recommended local restaurant.
The apartments at Santa Terra are particularly stylish and spacious with furnishings and fittings of a very high quality. They all have a living area with sofa bed (twins, except for the one bedroom apartment, where the sofa bed is a double), satellite TV and telephone, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, and toaster; free WiFi and balcony; main bedrooms also have a TV. Ski locker.

In a few words... These spacious apartments are right in the heart of the lovely village of Tignes Les Brevieres, within an easy walk of the gondola into the rest of the Tignes/Val d'Isere ski area. Facilities include a stunning indoor pool with waterfall feature, hot tub, sauna and steam room.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area), towels (extra set €6), cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €600,
- Local tourist tax €2.48/pp/day (+18yrs); mid-stay clean €55-125 depending on size of apartment,
- To hire: bathrobe €8; extra cleaning kit €8,
- Underground car park - maximum height 2.10m - (€60 per week payable locally, please advise at time of booking),
- Pets welcome (on production of rabies certificate) €50.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a DFDS return crossing with a car on Dover-Calais on a self-catering basis. Other operators including Brittany Ferries, P&O and Eurotunnel are available at a supplement. Please view here for all ferry & tunnel details. Extra week deduct £190 per party. Accommodation only deduct £150. Extra car is £180 plus appropriate supplements. Arrival day is usually Saturday.
