Le Saphir
Facilities at the Saphir include:
- A reception (where high chairs and cots may be hired – included – subject to availability – pre-book),
- Covered car park (one free space included per apartment),
- Free WiFi,
- The residence is south-west/south-east facing and affords superb views of the surrounding mountains.
Please note that we have not yet been able to inspect these apartments, as the residence was not completed at the time of our visit. We were, however, impressed with the location and know the high standards employed from similar residences.
All apartments are spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated in contemporary style with a few Alpine touches; all have an open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set; living area with dining area, satellite TV and double sofa bed; bathroom; separate wc; balcony or terrace.

The excellent 4* Saphir is an exclusive development of just 9 apartments, built for the 2019-20 season, and ideally located in the heart of Vaujany, just 70m from the cable car. The complex incorporates also on the lower levels its own private, as well as public, parking and a selection of shops.

Fully equipped apartment; bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen and washing up); WiFi; cleaning kit; one covered parking space per apartment (to be pre-booked); baby equipment (to be pre-booked).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Pet (€50/week/pet),
- Cautionary deposit €600 (by credit card).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a DFDS return crossing with a car on Dover-Calais on a self-catering basis. Other operators including Brittany Ferries, P&O and Eurotunnel are available at a supplement. Please view here for all ferry & tunnel details. Extra week deduct £190 per party. Accommodation only deduct £150. Extra car is £180 plus appropriate supplements. Arrival day is usually Saturday.
