The Altima apartments are divided into traditional chalets combining tradition with modernity. They are composed of
3 floors. The façades are clad with Larch wood weatherboards with natural stone for the foundation.
The well-equipped kitchens feature a 3-ring ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer (size depends on accommodation capacity), multi-function pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (12 place settings) and for 3 bedroom+ types, there are built-in wine cellars (room for 12 bottles).
Altima also offers chalets. They open onto pretty terraces with a panoramic view. Using traditional architecture mixing wood
and stone, the chalets benefit from high-quality construction. Each chalet features a private sauna, wood burner, Jacuzzi bathtub and private parking.
The architecture has been well thought through in order to preserve the authentic Megève style while still being modern in terms of quality and construction.
Most apartments will have balconies with views of the surrounding valley and some with views of Mont Blanc.

Opening in 2024/25, the luxury residence l'Eclat des Veriaz will be set within a 3-hectare park and is located in Les Vériaz district, just a 10-minute walk (800m) along a footpath to the village centre and slopes (a shuttle bus service is planned).
