The centre of 'Les Terres Grasses' and its shops, restaurants and mini-supermarket is just 80m away. Free access to Les Balcons residents to the ‘Glières’ leisure centre (swimming pool), less than 3 minutes walk away.
Opened in winter 2000 and constructed of local timber and stone, Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut has an attractive Alpine style. The inviting interior has been tastefully arranged with furnishings of a high standard: wooden doors, rustic wall hangings, tiled floor, Savoyard-style solid wood furniture. Floor space is also more generous than found in most Alpine units.
Facilities at Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut include free Wi-Fi in the reception lounge and in the apartments, free access to sauna, and fitness room, free outdoor and covered car parks (subject to availability, max height 1.90m).
All apartments at Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut have: living area with double pull out sofa bed, bathroom with bath, WC, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, satellite TV, telephone with direct line on request and a balcony. Many apartments offer uncluttered views of the Parc National de la Vanoise or the surrounding peaks.

Les Balcons du Village is located within short walking distance to the village centre of Lanslevillard and its shops, bars and restaurants.
Located next to Chalets du Flambeau, Le Criterium enjoys an ideal location mid-way between the village centres of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard. Beneath the residence is a restaurant and bakery.
Les Alpages enjoys an ideal location at the end of the village of Lanslebourg, which is 500m away. This large chalet is built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone. The residence comprises 189 fully equipped apartments of a good standard.
