Newly built for the winter 2018-19 season, this south-facing complex of 34 luxury chalets/apartments enjoys one of the very best and quietest locations in St Martin de Belleville, in the Grangeraies quarter, just 300m from the centre of the resort.
There is a reception, shop and a meal delivery service is also available, provided by one of the resort’s most prestigious restaurants; babysitting service, beauty treatments and newspaper delivery can be arranged. There are a couple of shops and a brasserie, Simple et Meilleur, run by the Meilleur family who own La Bouitte.
All have a parking space for at least one car.
All the chalets and apartments are spacious, well designed, beautifully appointed and stylishly decorated in a happy amalgam of contemporary and traditional styles. Most offer superb mountain views.
In each there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; a living area with floor to ceiling windows leading to a terrace or balcony; satellite TV and either a wood burner or fireplace; free WiFi; utility room with washing/drying machine.
