The 36 stylish, beautifully appointed chalet apartments in 5* luxury Chalet Skadi enjoy an ideal location. Stunning interiors and superb facilities including a spa, beautiful low-lit relaxing pool area, sauna and hammam, give this residence an undoubtedly luxurious feel.
The luxury Chalet Izia, which opened in 2019, is a very welcome addition to the resort’s high-end accommodation offering. It enjoys the ultimate ski-in/ski-out location in the Legettaz sector, right next to the renowned red “M” piste (which becomes a blue heading down to the snow front, an easy minute’s ski, with its nursery, ski school meeting point and main lifts).
The Alaska Lodge was inspired by the architecture of local chalets and is formed of just 6 luxury apartments. The residence is located 600m from the lifts and 500m from the village.
The luxury Vail Lodge is a very welcome addition to the resort’s high-end accommodation offering. The south-facing residence enjoys a ski-in/ski-out location on the Santons ski slope in the sunny Legettaz sector. This small residence of 15 spacious apartments is very tastefully decorated in a relaxed, contemporary style.
These brand new (opening December 2023), exclusive and exceptional apartments are ideally located in a unique and rare location directly on the Santons ski slope for the perfect ski-in/ski-out access. It is only a 2 minute ski to the centre of the village and the departure of the Solaise and Olympic lifts.
The Avancher Lodge is a small residence of just 7 apartments, adjoining the Hotel Avancher (***superior) and enjoying the same ideal location in a quiet part of the resort on the Avenue du Prariond, yet just 450m from the resort centre, lifts and ski school meeting point, and 350m from the slopes; the shuttle bus stop is 50m away.
4* Les Chalets du Jardin Alpin in Val d'Isère is located in a tranquil setting of the La Legettaz area, at the foot of the Solaise ski slopes offering doorstep skiing possibilities (snow and level depending) and is half a mile from the resort centre (800m).
The excellent Hotel Avancher (and the adjoining Résidence Avancher Lodge****) enjoys an ideal location in a quiet part of the resort on the Avenue du Prariond, yet just 450m from the resort centre, lifts and ski school meeting point, and 350m from the slopes.
For the winter 19-20 season, the former lift station on the Tête de Solaise was skillfully and lovingly converted into a luxury hotel– at 2551m, the highest in the French Alps: the Refuge de Solaise is the most exciting hotel development in Val d’Isère in recent times, and probably one of the most challenging and ambitious in the Tarentaise for many years.
