French-speaking Administration Assistant (maternity cover)
Peak Retreats, the leading French Alps specialist, is looking to recruit a French-speaking Administration Assistant on a temporary contract.
Peak Retreats features over 75 ski resorts in France across its two brands (Peak Retreats and Ski Collection). French-speaking Administration Assistant
We are looking for a French-speaking Administration Assistant to join our Portsmouth office based team for this winter season on a temporary contract covering maternity leave. Part-time hours considered.
The varied role involves booking all clients’ ski extras (ski school, lift passes and ski hire) with our French suppliers, producing sales reports and passing on any special requests and amendments.
The role also involves preparing clients’ travel documents and working with the Client Services Manager to ensure that travel document preparation is on track. The role may also involve updating product descriptions.
This is a temporary contract with an immediate start and with a provisional end date of 30th April 2022.
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent written and spoken French
Strong organisational skills
Impeccable attention to detail
A strong work ethic
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Temporary, UK office based.
