On the ground floor, there is also a good value, high-quality restaurant, the Vina, offering an innovative menu, stylish décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant opens for dinner from 6.30pm (payable locally). Next door in residence Kinabalu, there is also La Bokka restaurant (newly built for 2021) which is an elegant Italian trattoria created for all lovers of pasta, pizza and Italian gastronomy.

All the spacious apartments at the Résidence Annapurna are fitted and furnished to the highest possible standard and are exquisitely designed. The interior décor is stylishly contemporary, with the use of quality materials throughout, including wood, slate and stone. They all have an open plan living area with a balcony and dining area, lounge area with satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker; wc.
